    • Guiding you through “papering” your purchase by helping you select the right legal approach and team for your written agreements
    • Guiding you through financing process to help you supply the necessary information to provide the buyer and/or financing companies; this also includes helping you understand the type of financing buyers can qualify for
    • Providing you the necessary forms and contact information for finalizing the practice transfer within your Broker Dealer
    • Assisting you in building out the communication plan to announce the sale to your clients
    • Helping you build a process to hand off clients to the buyer

    • Providing coaching on what is next for you after the Sunset of your practice (assuming you ride out into the Sunset and don’t plan to return back in practice)
